We apologize for the delay in adding more pictures of the darling Mirabelle. We’ve been so busy enjoying little Miss Bubbins that we haven’t made it a priority to share our photographic joy with all of you. Plus there were some technical difficulties, but there’s no need to dwell on those other than to take the opportunity to thank my brother and IT guru, Brigham. Thanks.

Mirabelle now weighs over fourteen pounds. She has almost doubled her weight in her 15 weeks of life. She has inspired me to set the goal to double my weight this holiday season. I haven’t told Lindsey yet, but I’m sure she will be supportive. She’s a very loving wife.

Mirabelle coos adorably. She reaches the highest, sweetest notes. She makes the prettiest sounds we can imagine. She can roll from her tummy to her back with the greatest of ease. She tilts her head to one side and–woop–lets gravity do the rest. She still giggles in her sleep, but we haven’t gotten her to laugh while she is awake. I guess Lindsey and I aren’t as funny as the dreams, angels, and recollections from the womb that come to her in her sleep. Mirabelle is an excellent bubble-blower and drooler. She can wet an entire shirt in five minutes–and wet her pants at the same time! We love her dearly. She has us wrapped tightly around her little fingers, which she usually uses to yank Lindsey’s hair out.

We are a happy little family.
